Spotting at Moscow Domodedovo Int. Airport
Hello!
Yesterday i went for some morning spotting at one of the busiest airports in Eastern Europe - Domodedovo. I guess for most of you it would be exotic report... It was very fine weather - fresh air, not a cloud, warm and it was a day off. Ideal for spotting, isn't it? 7:02 am Moscow time Il-62 Airstars ![]() Guest from Qatar ![]() Ural Airlines Tu-154 ![]() Beauty... ![]() Nice ass! ![]() This Il-86 will become green soon, like all other planes in S7 Airlines which are not green yet. Yuk! ![]() Transaero's 747. BTW this plane is almost 27 years old. ![]() Sounds like nuclear bombing! ![]() Yak-42 from Krasnodar ![]() Moldavian A320 ![]() Tails.. ![]() Air Union is alliance of russian airlines KrasAir, Samara, Domodedovo Airlines, SIAT and Omskavia. Their planes here... ![]() A319 from Baku ![]() New airline, based in Ufa - Bashkir Republic. Nice lievery! ![]() S7 Tu-154 ![]() Slowing down... ![]() Another Boeing 757 - VIM ![]() Beautiful Il-62 ![]() Just Domodedovo... ![]() I guess that's all. What do you think of it? Any comments welcome!

The Tu-134, Tu-154, and Il-62 are the best.

Thanks for comments guys..
vivayo tomorrow i am going to SVO, so you'll have your aeroflot Chibcha2k, i have never taken the photos of terminal itself, but there are some photos where you can see it rather well - most of them were taken this winter: On board Swiss A320 heading to Genève ![]() ![]() Came back to Moscow ![]() Just view from the window ![]() ![]() ![]() If you have never seen the terminal, not my photos but good ones: ![]() ![]() ![]() And this is what to happen in 5-6 years (it is already being built)

Domodedovo really seems on another level compared to SVO. Hope they finish to build the new terminal 3 at SVO for Aeroflot asap, It is really needed!
