how come it will get more expensive after the complex is finished? or do you mean the land will become much more worthy?

I bet those building will be demolished soon anyway to make room for redeployments..

The land will be more expensive as a landmark project is finished, and the residents in there have more bargining power, they are more sure that their old, dense and unsafe structures will eventually be demolished to make room for new development.

Yes, it's a massive site and going full-steam ahead, but I don't think we can work out the tower envelope yet.
