The core is more likely to be where the red cranes are rather than the green cloth-covered small tower behind.
The difficulty with this site is that it's so large we haven't been able to precisely place the tower's footprint.

im trying to workout what we are looking at?
that tall green structure isnt the core.

maybe it's another building that belongs to the complex. There are many buildings there, and maybe theyll start The 439 tower later.

What is incredible is that they are building the entire complex in one big phase. If this were Europe, it would be phased - usually with the tower being last to start construction!
