A little strange..It seems that the core could not be wrapped by those steels.

Wow, it seems very close to topping out now. This is such an elegant design, when all the claddings are up, we will see how insane it looks at dawn and dusk. It's going to be an amazing replacement of Shun Hing as the most prominent structure downtown, a huge upgrade in architecture.

On the other hand, here's hoping that Ping'an gets a redesign soon; maybe the delay points to just that. Right now, it is some wierd blend of faux-art-deco with post-modern, trying too hard to reach back into the glory days of scrapers while forcing in some modern design elements. It looks like something from a bad 80's sci-fi movie, not much innovation or aesthetic balance at all.

When scaffolding gets off, this will surely fit. . But the thin width of the steel frame indicates that it's close to the sky garden. I bet one of the cores is already up to this roof segment and won't raise much more, it looks definatelly like at least 400m to me.
