Restaurant at the top of the tower: great concept, bad implementation.
They should have gone all out with simple glass and metal stuff.
If I ever went there, it would be for the view, which would be pretty impressive.

Just proof that most of us Chinese have bad/tacky taste when it comes to interior design :-) The tower is stunning with the likes of the Pearl River Tower in Guangzhou and Shanghai Tower.

Very nice and simple building. I love how its lit up at night and the restaurant at top seems to be a very cool chill spot.

What would be Chinese traditional bar design like? An altar for the Ancestral God of bar owners with poetry couplets? Bamboo bonsai with stone lions? Tacky red lanterns and opium beds? The current design is post-modern but cozy and not too streamlined, with a subtle oriental touch. I think it's quite nice.

Blessed ignorance. This bar is a cosmic waste of the surroundings.

I believe Chinese are capable of infusing "Chinese" elements and Bar/club elements. To think the otherwise, are serisouly closed minded and limited in creativities. No I dont think British are putting giant Crosses in their bars, building castles around it, and serve guest teas only.

I was a little ambivalent at first, but the lighting on this building has totally won me over. Since childhood I have been a sucker for colored lights.
