Public Restaurant on 43 & 44 floor, and a height increase to 149.2m. Better than the first IMO.

Yeah only minor redesign, I doubt they'll need to submit to planning, probably just bung in some drawings to Building Regs

This tower is a conceptual bolt out of the blue, I wonder what was the driver behind it - actually looking at it, not only is it taller but also wider...hmm very crafty developer trying to distract increase in size with funkier design me thinks (not that I am complaining )

What an awesome design, compared to how it used to be, it's really amazing, when at the last minute, designs can be changed dramaticaly.

Apparently if this secures planning permission, it should start in November, if market conditions allow it.

WOAH! This is now under construction? Looks amazing! I didn't even think this was for real - thought it was a dead project. LOOKS AWESOME!

Amazing for CW and London. Any big updates or pictures?

Fantastic news, what a beautiful tower. Looks like a better version of the twisted torso! The website is good and gives a lot of info about the project! ---> http://www.baltimorewharf.com/index.html

Very beautiful design, I wish the tower was at least 30 metres taller though...
