Will be completed at the latest the end of this year...it is 80% leased

Work on the North Souks will start this year. And yes it is confirmed Zaha Hadid has redesigned the Department store. (where was that posting)

The report says she designed on behalf of a "major anchor tenant" wonder who it is. I don't think its Galleries La Fayette anymore.

The north souks will start this year and by Jan 2009, the entertainment portion will be in an advanced stage of construction and the department store will be at the detailed design level awaiting permits...this could all be done by mid or end 2010

Australian (Melbourne Based) Department Store ' Myer' is opeing a branch in Dubai...
it will be my wishfull thinking if they would want to open in Beirut Souqs
