yes proposed

but as evey city many investors have plans for towers
(i have a friend who works for Deutsche Bank and Turkey investement. They see all planned projects for Istanbul, because they have to check the investement/financing for the projects.
so, some can be built and some not (to risky)
there are also +400m VISIONARY Towers for Istanbul.)
these towers are not proposed are shown to public

if Rotterdam will look like this in the future then i got to get myself to rotterdam

You better start packing then. The most are proposed but some are approved and some are to be built within any time/years.

Superb effort, neilio.

Future Additions:
+Bay Adelaide I, II, III
+Richmond Adelaide
+Telus? RBC Tower (Cadillac Fairview)
+RoCP I, II, III
+Minto Midtown (Quantum II)
+The MET I, II
+Murano I, II
+X Condo
+Cityplace I to XX
+Shangri-la
+Trump Toronto
+Four Seasons
+Ritz Carlton
+Spire
+Uptown

The skyline will expand in all directions. The view from the lake will be improved. North-South view will be magnified. All in all, everything will be be bigger. Look to 2007 as THE year for heavy construction.

much better.

Both London and LA have small skylines for thier massive size and now they are.

While about that Toronto picture, you forget a few buildings on thr right of the cn tower, before the CBD. In front of the ACC.

I put this together very fast lol, and yes i skipped out on some buildings, you also have to remember that some wont show because they are hidden behind other towers, i suppose the top of the MLSE towers will show. The onyl building on the right of the CN Tower i didnt put in are sapphire, but ill get around to it. And i also need to move Shangri-la over more towards the CN Tower

Except that it doesn't exist yet. It's only a project.

An approved project! I think there are chances it will be up 10 years from now. It's a really nice tower BTW, even if I prefer LBT.

And demolition is excpected start 2007, also there is a possibility it could be built speculatively, meaning it could start next year too, along with Leadenhall(225m), Fenchurch (192m) and Heron (247m). and others, too And demolition for LBT is due to start too, and construction right after.

no hes not, and by tallest in Toronto you mean tallest in Canada

The re-designed sapphire tower should be released soon, it is a totally different design. And will be much shorter then the original. Ive been tempted to e-mail him and see if i cant more info from him.
