This one is gonna host the third NAKUMATT BRANCH,there where 3 branches proposed for NAKUMATT in Uganda but they where increased to Six branches in only Kampala and 4 outside kampala in other cities and towns of Uganda, this one is in the reknown plush suburb settlement of Uganda near K.I.U university and Kasanga, Gaba, Muyenga and Nsambya splush surbubs

year kenguy it was an earlair render which is now proposed for their Entebbe road branch.

its called the Tirumpati Mavuno mall or something like that. Its U/C.

mazima mall


A commercial build to sell project, 60% units to be sold to the public under the condominium law.
Located on Gaba Rd, adjacent to Quality Cuts, a few meters from the American Embassy.
Construction began in March 2009 and is expected to be completed within 18 months
Designed on 1.2 acres, this shopping mall will comprise of:-
4 Floors of retail shops,
1 Floor of offices
1 Floor of supermarket space
2 Floors of parking space able to accommodate over 200 cars at any one time.
Total cost of construction has been estimated at US$15 million.

jinja recreational park

As part of Tirupati's social obligation in Uganda, Tirupati Development (U) Ltd has purchased 15 acres of prime developable land situated in Jinja town and is interested in developing it into a recreational Park. Jinja town is 80Km from Kampala and is a popular tourist destination that attracts both locals and tourists.
The proposed development consists of recreational facilities such as children’s rides, family fun activities, man-made lakes with boat rides, restaurants and accommodation designed round a conducive and relaxing environment constructing an assortment of recreational activities, restaurants, shopping facilities, entertainment facilities and a hotel.
Project cost of this development has been estimated at US$6,000,000.
Tirupati’s experience in this area stems from the two natural parks that our mother company, Tirupati Sarjan India, has developed.

agricultural produce

Agricultural Produce Market Facilities (APMFs) are wholesale markets from which small-scale farmers can collectively sell their produce to a ready market.
APMCs have been in existence in India for a number of years and operated very successfully.
In Uganda today, the biggest problem faced by small-scale farmers is where to find a ready market to sell their produce. Currently, this is being done on an individual basis and the majority are exploited by middlemen.
Tirupati Development (U) Ltd proposed intervention is to up a number of these wholesale markets in various districts of Uganda to enable farmers access market for their produce. Initially a pilot APMF will be set up in the outskirts of Kampala and then rolled out to various districts. These APMF’s will consist of market stalls, warehousing and cold-storage facilities, resting rooms and banking facilities.

Tirupati Development (U) Ltd has purchased 3,000 acres of land in Kayunga and intends to bring in farming experts to train local Ugandans on modern farming methods. Local farmers will be apportioned land and given the skills to grow various crops such as fruits, vegetables, etc . Their Produce will be sold through these APMFs.

Total investment for this project is US$12,600,000.
