I hope that you understand french because the website is either in Arabic or French :Délégation de la commission européenne

Here is a brief description:

Presentation (Taken from the website but i translated it for you in case of..)

The "Délégation de la commission européenne" opened its first offices in Rabat in 1979. Just like the 124 other delegations and representative offices in the world, the Delegation represents the European Commission in Morocco in all the extent of competences which were reserved to it by the European Union.

Its objective is to consolidate the partnerships between the European Union and Morocco as well as to support the economic reforms and to support the social & economical balance of the country.
