bkkforever and other RL lovers - why don't you post some photos of the inside of the building and your condo?

The River looks like an impressive building. I'm plan on buying a medium sized single family home outside of Bangkok. Going to be looking at prospective homes this summer.

The reason we don't see any of their units picture is because there aren't any...Raimonland doesn't let anyone go up to the units, they r all so happy and full of confidence just because RL sales girls told them its ok.

I have 3 friends that r very upset with the way RL is treating them with BS but nothing to prove their words, they r now will to let them go up and find many excuses why they can't give them pictures of their unit, only of the views and selceted pictures.

I just don't like to hear that, RL are treating their clients like idiots, and some of them r I guess...regardless of the finish time, they should treat clients different and with more respect as well as show some proofs for their claims.

What I learned in life, u don't hide need to hide info unless u have something to hide...

Again good luck to all buyer, but it sounds pathetic when some r praising RL, they r just a developer at the end of the day not more

River Update

Give me a break with all your moaning.

I asked the RL team for photos weeks ago and within 24 hours had 5 photos in my Inbox.

I made an investment in this project and I am 10000% happy about it.

I see zero benefit to share my photos with any of you negative people.

You have not only caused anxiety for some potential buyers, but you have

made some serious allegations which I find rather offensive.

You have a choice....If you want to go .....sell it at auction and leave the rest of us to enjoy this amazing development.

Beilieve me, my friends want nothing more then this project to be on time and in best delivery, as well as only hoping that what RL says is the truth and I hope its true too, but a true fact is that different unit owners which checked with each other didn't get pics when they asked...I guess u r the lucky one that did, but remember- "a picture is worth a thousand words"if u would share the so called pictures then u would help the project and the buyers and prospective buyers that are doubting, I really see no logic in sharing the pic that u were talking about, especially if u r here to respond to all the doubting members, or else u wouldn't care and would be here...

I'm just interested to see the pics of finished units, that's all...if there such would b great to see, it is a great project.

I have pictures on my finished unit (Lower Floor South Tower).

I know the pictures are genuine and of my unit because of modifications that I had requested to the unit design.

The front desk of the Raimon Land showhouse is like entering a Five Star hotel, everyone very helpful in every way. It is a pleasure to visit the River construction which looks impressive and of high quality.

The transfer team Khun Wiwan Reunsuk have been exceptional with sending and answering emails, sometimes answering late in to the night, Bangkok time.

The problem with the early purchasers is the constant delays which newcomers will not recognise. The frustration of not being able to plan the move from other countries to Thailand. Even in July we will be taking with us two times 62kg luggage on the flight, but do not know if we will have to take it back to the UK if the unit is not ready.

IKNOW, warned ALL purchasers a long time ago not to expect the deadline to be met. However, if July works out it will be the start of a dream I had to live on the river in Bangkok since 1975.

Insults

Keep up the insults and foul language, you have been exposed and there is a reason you are getting no updates and no photos.

My wife was on location last week at the River and all is good, I really hope the negative people who bash this development decide to sell up and move. I would not like this constant moaners in my building.

I hear flats in Dubai are going cheap....if they get built that is.

many thanks for your pic Jeweller!

unfortunately, exact timings and schedules here in Thailand (especially construction completions!) are pretty soft (not just in this project)..so maximum flexibility and patience (in mind frame) will be needed if you are to sanely live here long term.....but the trade-off is more than worth it IMO....

the Bangkok riverfront is booming with new attractions, facilities and possibilities ....you are coming in at an exciting time...

Im also going to be looking for a weekend hang-out place by the water...

I always instantly go into "relax" mode when crossing the river on a boat to a hotel or restaurant/bar...

it would be even better knowing you are going to your own home sweet home

From here it is down hill all the eay, many complaints with OCP based I contractural commitments, buyers who will dispute quality of materials from what they saw in the Sake ales Suite and a company that gives a s--t

IFA the major shareholders have no idea about development let alive Thailand this project will sink them

Cool photo, that should silence the people who say its a lie.
Iknow ...how is Dubai going ???? If you are such a clever investor why did you end up buying in that area...anyone could have seen that coming years before.

RL is awesome and I have had the wonderful chance to update certain people regrading your comments.

Exposed my friend.

Coolbeers! Awesome photos. Allow me to suggest that your 2nd photo (with both skytrains on the foreground) would be (in my opinion) really amazing if you cropped it to bring the trains all the way to the foreground... lol my 2 useless cents.

I hope to acquire the Canon DLSR 1100D instep model with a 18-200mm OS Sigma zoom lens soon, in order to launch my amateur skyscraper photography career lol.

You will never show any negative comment regarding the
Architectural merit of The River and it is true
Icon, my comments have been in the down grading if
the specification from what buyers were shown as being
the quality and level of finishes FACT, The one year plus delay
due to an incompetent M&E Contractor that is causing
a nightmare in the building as I write and the total lack
if honesty and transparency in the way the developer has and
continues to treat its customers.

You are the ONLY person out of the buyers of at least
100 units i am in contact with in the project that has this opinion, that's
ok thankfully it is a free world.

Iknow

As the project gets closer to completion your negative rants are falling on deaf ears.

Why don't you focus on Dubai (Dooo buy ....cause no one else would buy Dooo buy and say goodbye

Your posts are getting boring.

Loving RL and the developers should get a reward. I have full-on praise for the exceptional work of the team.

I believe the standards are above what I expected.

I have talk to many owners who are lovin it !!!!!!
