See for PARIS, "CONSULTATIONS de dossiers d'urbanisme" here :

What is the equivalent link for Moscow City Hall? That: http://s.mos.ru/common/upload/Zakon_...lnom_plane.pdf ?

Thanks

Алло,

(reduce the page to 50% to compare easily the obvious evolution of the top, in particular between the 1st and 3rd images, the 3rd corresponding to what is REALLY built now!).

As I had noticed before... on August 3, there is now a cubic wood structure projecting at level 74, probably made to hold the construction of the projecting part of level 75's floor visible on the new tower's section in order, probably..., to hold the future spire. You can see 2 achieved concrete pilars of level 75 just above it and the iron structure of the following blind concrete level and of a bit of the last "technical level 76" on the sides and above again. IMO the top of the tower (340 m IMO) is just at the top of the crane's cabin (on this image only).

Did the works stop because Moscow City Hall noticed... that the real construction will exceed the building permit's plans of about 8 m (in one word is it MY fault...? ) or are the workers in holidays?

What a strange photo Brad from this angle !
If you prolonge the slant it reaches virtually the very top of the crane!
That's impossible, the tower would be about 405 m!!!
It fact, the angle breaks on the right iron's pilar and reaches about the top of the crane's cabin IMO.

Your photo allows at last more precise calculations.
I've printed it and I proportionally found 307.35 m for the ceiling of level 71 (so this was the height of the concrete pilars on March 24, 2012) and 2 meters lower... than my former calculations, based on the diagram of 20 October 2011!
But the iron structure (equivalent to the height of level 66 so 3.4 m) was still above the Shard (309.60 m) at the level of about 310.80 m, exactly calculted by mr. MyXiN! (307.35 + 3.4 = 310.75 m).
CONGRATULATIONS MyXiN!
The concrete pilars of level 72 were built, smaller on the slant side between April 4 and 16, 2012 and the normal height's ones were built on the spire side between April 22 and 27, 2012 (see: http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showpo...postcount=2428) and some probably already achieved on April 10.

The tower is about 330 m high now instead of my calculated 335 m and the final height is uncertain between 336 m and still IMO 340 m.

This needs confirmation with the exact floors's heights on the real section from the modified building permit.

Yes. This is a very intriguing topping out of the tower.
Please do not send your letters, I like the intrigue

Sumimasen onegahishimas!
Because from this angle the facade makes a cut off going backwards which should "normally" lower the summit line IMO.

PS of 08.08.2012 at 12:16 : you skipped the 2 following lines of my post which I had not finished.
I added the 4th line describing the summit line breack on August 7th, 2012 at 07:05 PM Paris time (see posts comparison)

AH AH AH...,
They are not in holidays : on the last photo above, they are "apparently" building now the concrete beam of the slant of level 75!
Compare with Brad's photo of yesterday...

PS of 08.08.2012 at 20:22 for ultEmate below :
I replied to that :

Indeed Brad, this is becoming intriguing!
I don't understand at all what they are doing since the metallic beams structure is above the floor of level 75:
