Careful now, he might ban you.

I wonder if the final pour has been added yet? Then, and only then, will I consider it topped out.

Yes, let's talk about the building, shall we?

I think it would be great if the final pour has happened. Hopefully.

You must be new on the internet. How old are you? 7? Oh, that means you didn't have geography classes yet. That figures.

Or Russian conquer the Siberia and Alaska from Europe.
Russians are original European peoples: East Slavs, Vikings and Finns peoples. Core of Russian state are Novgorod oblast(area) in north/north-west part of European Russia, and thats are most blondes peoples on the world(with Balts and Finns peoples).

Half of all US is only European part of Russia. Russia is enormous country
Try to learn about Russia.
It is one of the most interesting history / geography of the world. A country that for over 1000 years of its existence has never been entirely conquered although largets army of the world try to do that.
You are partly wrong, since in 13th century a large part of Russia had been conquered by the Golden Horde. And have been staying in Russia for two hundred years till 1483.

He was right after all, Russia has never been conquered completely. Napoleon captured Moscow and how did it end for him?

You dont understand quite what im telling but you corrected later. I dont want on this thread talk about Russian history, which is one of the most interesting in the world, but:
1) Golden Horde are in defense position in Russia after loosing in Battle of Kulikovo 1380-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Kulikovo
Yes, i know they back in some time after but that is was very temporarily. In Russia history period of XIII-XIV century is known like Century of silence.
2) Mongols never enter with army in Novogorod area, north/north-west of European part of Russia. Many refuges from southern part of Russia are settled there after Golden Horde conquer south(Kiev Rus) and most central areas of many Russian principalities and republics.
3) Novgorod become Republic with some kind of elections every year from XII century. Yes everybody hear good, Russia have elections in XII century. They elected governer(Posadnik), military leader and archbishops of Novgorod. Parlament was called Veche(most slavic readers are understand this word because its have root in old slavic social structure of society and words is common for Slavs). Novgorod in XV century are huge:

And Novogorod have much more troubles with Germans, Swedes and Danes than Mongols. But Novgorod win in that war, especialy important: Battle of the Neva (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_the_Neva)-victory over Swedes and Battle of the Ice(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_on_Lake_Peipus)-1242 where Alexander Navsky become hero. This is first battle where Teutonic knights have first big loose. And than in XX century, on eve of Second world war, Sergei Eisenstein's will created legendary movie Alexandar Nevsky.
And Novgorod was very rich area because be part of Hanseatic League and end of Silk Road from China on north.
How Novgorod end is different and complex story.
Like i say, Russian history is very interesting but i end here. Lets talking about buildings.
