How long will it take to finish up interior work?

If you say this building looks very "70's"... You are right! The architect must had taken some inspiration from the Palace of the Republic in East Berlin built in 1973, and demolished in 2008. I'm glad they built a retro themed skyscraper being the whole cluster is only a few years old. I just think that top looks plain and could use a spire.

I reckon once we see the completed tower with lighting, everyone will fall from their chairs.

This is definitely my favorite tower on the planet right now. Love geometry and the cladding. Its something you would expect to see out of the original 1990 Total Recall film on Mars.

It was meant to look 'retro.' The angular shape and the red glass are the defining features that link to the strong Russian character. It's not a crystal-shape blue glass tower that can be found anywhere, but instead a tower that defines itself as Russian. You won't see others that look like this anywhere else.

I thought it looked more like it was being torn down or falling apart rather than being built haha. The glass looks worn out in non edited photos. and the white parts dirty. Non the less i think it will steal the show (if that's how you say it haha) at night.

At least there aren't any rumors even in the russian section.

Indeed.

Retro-futurist, I would say, though.

Great first picture which perfectly elucidates the strenght of the building.
