I wouldn't be worried about how it looks, but whether they can afford to finish it.

Why are you worried about it? Do you know smth I don't know?
No single negative data has been discovered about this tower yet/
The construction speed is growing slowly but surely.
PS The crisis is over. The construction of 2 other towers in Moscow-City have recommenced this year. Why are you so pessimistic about this tower?

I am not sure about the Shard though...
Its like the Chrysler Building and ESB one will be tallest for a little while then the over will take over, i don't think anyone was annoyed by this so i agree we shouldn't be annoyed by this. it dosent matter if the shard is taller first it will be overtaken and won't be the tallest forever.

I'm just slightly pessimistic after the catastrophe that is Federation Tower. I really hope to see this project continue and complete on time as the Moscow CBD is one of my favourite projects. I just meant that there's no way they're changing the design now, and that we need to be worried about things that could potentially happen.

Why engage in useless speculation. The developer building this tower is not going to go bankrupt like Mirax not this year and not unless there is another financial meltdown that will bring down rich western countries as well. The demand for commerical space in Moscow is real and there are billions of dollars in demand. Federation tower is merely an example of the bad laws in Russia which allow projects to be controlled by defunct business entities. Bankruptcy law is there to clear the detritus from the system and free up resources. "Creative destruction".

I think it's a beautiful tower. I really like the brownish red facade

I agree, but again, looking at it now I can picture it completed and I think it will look great and will stand out from all the IBC buildings thus far, mainly because of the cladding.

The more glass, the better this one looks. I know some won't like it. But this is really going to stand out from the rest of the pack.

That cladding looks Russian, for some reason.
