It is interesting that people always say that the design of tall buildings in Moscow, as well as from the eighties.
The design is inspired by Russian and Slavic robustness and luxury.

Most of this building looks great, but the top of the render, w/out the spire, does not look good... too bad... This design was meant to have a spire, no way around it.
