are the villas in the locations you mentioned on a made made island in the shape of a palm tree; lol I live in Boca Raton the beverly hills of florida we have the same "italianate" houses the palm has but, im talkin about the location the palm villas have are second to none, and the views i think are still better (Dubai Marina, on a clear day Burj Dubai only the worlds tallest building, Burj Al Arab the worlds only 7* hotel on its own island, the 20 or more 5* hotels on the palm crescent, trump tower, ect.) than those places you mentioned, but thas just a differnece of opinion.

Beautiful, absolutely beautiful. Again I can't wait to see how this place looks when the vegetation is fully developed.

Uh, not really. I live in Los Angeles and been to all those places that you mentioned and also visited Dubai once. While those cities that you mention has those houses and ocean views, it does not have the "in ocean" view that the palms have. Not mentioned, the surrounding areas of those cities are usually pretty ghetto.

Looks to me like you created this account just so you could pretend you where from california saying that california sucks. You have not been to these areas if you say they are ghetto.
