Yah I'm aware of that. What im saying is that its easier to defend a city again rising seas because you can just build defences. How are they going to do that on these palms? The sea defences wouldnt need to be in deep water and so would cost substantially more that coastline defences.

Maybe it's because they didn't put any furniture&stuff into the houses?

Anyway, I'm speechless. Things like that can happen only in the mid east.

And european, next time DON't quote the whole post with images.

Some good pictures and good information.

So good to see some colour finally come to the fronds with the grass, and apartments being painted with the blue from the swimming pools.

Should make for plenty of

Is there nobody at all yet living in these houses? When I stayed at the Burj in '04 it was still looking good

The only other one in america that i can think of is miami. beverly hills cant flood and the rich people in new york live in sky scrapers but yeah the sea level is suppose to rise like 3 feet by 2050 if that happens every home along there will be done for.

I wonder how old that model of the main trunk of the palm is.
Only that it does not include the Trump Hotel right in the middle as pictured on page 2 or 3.

Model looks great though. I thought that as you look at the first picture of the models posted by Krazy the apartments are on the right and there is meant to be shops down the left.
