Nakheel's beachfront project on Dubai's Palm Jumeirah sold out

Nakheel announces Azure Residences launch

It's on the right of the entrance of the palm, in different words, the southern tip of the eastern beachfront of the trunk. And they have a district cooling plant as their neighbour.

There is actually quit some space left to develop in that part of the palm, I won't be surprised if in the future there would be some kind of flashy project to function as some kind of entrance to the palm. (or a giant parking lot )

Yes, indeed. Of course the reality here is that they (Nakheel) will want to squeeze as much as possible on to PJ and get as much out of it as they can.

In the end, it always comes down to the buck.
