No. Here's what I see for the bottom few levels, following the plan section drawing except for B(asement)3. After looking over the pics I believe B3 was omited from the drawing. Starting from the bottom:
B3 -In my humble opinion... normal height
B2 -normal height
B1 -normal height
Concourse -approx double height
Ground floor -slightly higher than normal
Level 1 -Actually the second floor... normal height
Etc.

What do you think the height of the very bottom level? Looks like the smallest level of all floors built so far.

^yes. ive got plans. level 1 is actually the 3rd storey above grd level.there is 3 below grd. the ground floor or large entry level has a mezzanine which equates to 2 levels.
very conffusing.
just on photographing it when it gets real high. can we get good photos of core when its above 400-500m-600m high? zoom?

We are often photographing the tower from a km away. I don't think the vertical height will make any real important difference. What is really needed, is a better camera, with higher resolution then the FZ5 I'm using.

If we photograph the core @150m of height, from the linear distance of 1 km, when the core will reach 600 meters, this will increase the actual distance from the camera to the top of the core, by just 155 meters (1,166 compared to 1,011). We come a little nearer and vouala ... or we smash our way in on top of Bright Start Tower and problem solved.
