I DON`T WANT TO START A NEW DISCUSSION ABOUT THE HEIGHT OF THE BURJ DUBAI.
Nobody knows the height now. I just want to talk about the model and only about the model.

I think this can be a 1km version of the Burj Dubai
If you compare the this model and the model of the 880 tall millenium tower, you have to admit that the Burj Dubai model looks taller.

And the reality. The Burj Dubai hasn`t reached the 3rd setback but the tower is already 170m tall.

If you look now again on the Burj Dubai model you have to admit that the model could be a 1km version of the Burj Dubai.

What do you think? Don`t forget let`s talk only about the model, please

so i count 208 in this model... thats a hell of alot of floors, its only an aproximation because the first 3o floors are a bit pixelated and the section of windows on floors 14o-189 seem a bit larger then the rest but this may be from perspective

guestimating floor height and an extra 3 feet for structure and havok per floor i come to about 13 feet per floor, x 208... 2704 feet. 3208 feet in a kilometer so yah... i think it is that version

Tom Green, don't forget it is actually not the 2nd setback (or even 3rd) which is 170m tall , but the inner core.

I think there's underground parking aswell Krazy. You can see some sections that appear to be 3 floors in height. Actually there are 2 large floors instead, as can be seen from what has been built so far. The floors go to where 189 should be marked on that diagram, then take away 1 floor for each grey section and you have the floor count.

krazy is talking about the usual haze in dubai which makes visibility go down.

Dont get ahead of yourselves guyz. Keep things realistic at 810m. Thats the closest estimate after everyones months of analysis and discussion.

I thought STR, in more then one ocassion was insisting that the tower will be ONLY 705 meters, and the ones beliveing or hopping otherwise, will be up for a big dissappointment.
