looks like the master plan has changed. The model seems to incorporate the new extended spire which we have heard about for a while.
Now there is a new reflecting pool and some new towers between the BD
and the Dubai Mall.

Also, now someone has identified a Zone A, Zone B, Pool Annex and Office Annex. So the project features are becomming more explicit. I wonder if the unshown "Zone C" is a parking garage to mirror Zone A.

The burj dubai is actually too big compared to the rest, the lake hotel is 305m or something.

NONE of those other buildings is the Burj Dubai Lake Hotel.

The blue building people are refering to barely comes up to the 4th setback on the BD. Not to mention that its design is different.

the building seen to the left is not burj dubai lake hotel. The height of BD seems appropriate (close to 850m range) if you take the average height of the residences next to it to be 130m.

Yep, don't think so either. In the model the burj seems a bit wide aswell for the height. I thought that building to the left was the lake hotel.

I dont like the extended spire. It magnifies the buildings slim appearance which was perfect.
