2 things to say....

1) didn't knew the stadium was so close, i hope the finish it to how it is suposed to be...aka a 30,000 seated stadium, or at least make it for 20,000 but that the finish the exteriors and etc...

2) the lake on the render looks so much bigger, it even haves a dock for boats, are they going to make it bigger?

a - in january 11 they said 15 months lets add a few
so maybe by the end of this year
b - also wondering but since most people come by private car they will probably pave a giant carpark.
theres a night bus to that area already for the other megacomplex so it could just be extended to the yes planet

bigger q is who needs 50 cinemas in that area

Cinema City is jam packed with people every day, soo the demand is there, but it's pretty far from the city ( in the future the area will turn into a huge hi-tech area ).

Thanks for the update iron-eagle

maybe jam packed during holidays or weekends but attendance to cinemas is down overall according to cbs stats I posted in leisure stats
I would rather see smaller cinemas with 2-3 screens back in the city centers than these megaplexes

Yerushalayim
Between the streets Nevi'im and Jaffo some constructions are at it's peak, now the cladding...
All around the Ticho house, and next to Rav Kook street.

End result of 1 of the buildings:
Kook 7 builging or whatever it's name is

Bercleys to build world's lowest mall at Dead Sea Bercleys today unveiled its plan to build a mall at the Dead Sea at a NIS 200 million investment. International real estate firm Bercleys today unveiled its plan to build a new mall in the area of the Dead Sea hotels at Ein Bokek. The single-story 10,000-square meter shopping center will cost NIS 200 million to build.
Bercleys' representative in Israel, Adv. Hagai Adoram said that the mall would be built on land bought in July 2012 by the company from private parties, who bought it several years earlier. He said, "This is the only approved plan for commerce for the site. We believe that we will obtain a building permit within a month, and we will publish a tender to pick a contractor." He added that the company was also planning to build a hotel.
"We are encouraging developers to visit the regional council and this specific project," Tamar Regional Council Mayor Dov Litvinoff told "Globes". "We are building a new convention center on the site with Jerusalem Economy Ltd. (TASE:ECJM) (JEC) and there is strong growth in the area."
