I found it! It turns out I actually took pics of this construction site but didnt have an up-close picture of the billoard, so I posted them in the Misc. thread... well I looked closely and the renderings match.

According to SAKAN, delivery has been pushed back to MAY 2008.

cladding & glass installation completed ...building is in its finishing stages ..all thats left and its what theyre doing now is installing the glass wall on the last 3 floors
