Also Sentinel Towers and the 4 office buildings part of the Downtown Jebel Ali.

I have two question:

1. Does a 50F tower get the same points as a 2 x 50F twin towers complex?

2. What about these 4 buildings (see pic)? Those are totally separated, but they have a glass panel uniting them.

Twin towers get counted seperately. I'm not totally sure about buildings like DWTC Residence which are merged with one another, but Al Kazim Towers would definitely count as two and I'm almost certain the four midrises above would too.

Those 4 are highrises 12 floors + Roof + All those podium floors. As for the DWTC Residence, I would consider it a single building as it really is.

Twin towers are counted as separate buildings, unless they are connected too much (like this one).

Those 4 office blocks at Jebel Ali are only connected by a class wall?

Sounds interesting. What are they supposed to house? The German T-Com? Bavarian brands, banks, investors? Any design studies?

Hotel and Serviced Apartments. Two of the ugliest buildings comming up and the slowest too. Their first opening date was March 2006 now they may do it by March 2008
