Excavation has begun on site now. Just have to wait for ages now before the real building takes place

Article in local paper today saying that apartment sales have hit $200million with 248 of the 401 apartments now under contract. This includes buyers from Brisbane, Sydney and Hedges Avenue on the Gold Coast.

So, I guess there was nothing to the dire report of a few weeks ago which had the developer exaggerating the pre-sales.

Site works are well underway and from what I have heard the digging has gotten a little deeper.
