I still love the tower, but the chunky Office section at the base I believe lets it down a little.

This tower's not going anywhere for a while. The developers had the idea that the Federal government could bail them out with money from that part of the economic stimulus package reserved for certain classes of property. Wishful thinking, but it won't happen. The government won't be propping up speculative residential (or commercial) developments. If they had enough pre-sales to make the project financially viable then a bank might lend them the money. Without confirmed pre-sales, nothing will happen.

Cool building. It's boring though. Very typical of today's architecture. Tall however, which will improve the skyline.
