Phase 3 could be a HUGE tower (70 storeys if the 60 storey and the mini tower are consolidated into one beast). This will make a rather large impact on the skyline. Even Phase II at 45 storeys will make a large impact. Toronto is finally building tall again and this is just the start of great things to come.

RoCP really adds a lot to the skyline looking south. Even when on the Gardiner I could see it. It's really going to be a sight to see more of the towers spread around that area.
