Acording to Emporis, there seems to be a stage 4 too:

A few renders, models & info here on Emporis: http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/sh/?...&button=Search

The plan from the developer is to go with one tower instead of two. (for phases 3 and 4). The current proposal is 240m. Emporis needs to be updated.

Also, phase 2 is already above ground.

Tower crane for phase 2 is right there! Very nice update! I hope they finish off the roof with some pizzazz, as it stands, it ends somewhat abruptly.

Looking back @ the render, it seems to just do that. A spire would be nice but unlikely.

Great shot Taller, Better.

This is one building that could really use a spire.

The more I see this building the more I like it. It could use a spire for sure but I have no problems with the way it's turning out.

They should fix the park up when all three phases are done and make the rink larger. College Park turned out to be one of the best residential buildings that this city has seen in a few years.
