You really need a daytime pic from the north or south aspect to really appreciate the wonderful geometry of this building.

10 from me, of course!

Nothing else like it!

Cheers,

Adam

atm, Q1 is highest to strucrual tip and Eureka is highest to roof. both to be surpassed by a number of towers in Dubai in about 2008/9.

Q1 = 322.5m to spire
=275m to top of fin
=245m to plantroom
=235m /lev78 to observation deck
=217m to lev74 penthouse
out of 78 levels above grd, 74 are actual residential (2 plant,2 observ)
------------
Eureka=297m to top of gold blades
=295m to roof
282m to lev88 observation deck.
278m to lev87 penthouse.
out of 91 levels above grd, 74 are actual residential (10 carpark,1 observ,6 plant)
-------------

ARGH! Thats simply not true! I've said this a few times now! The levels you describe as "carpark" are also shared with apartments. They are clearly visable on the plans...

And they are also visible in this photo of velco's in the orange section at right hand the base of the tower.

So, there 6 levels with apartments in the podium thus making 80 levels of residential. Not 74.

^ there is still 10 levels of carpark yes? AND some apartments thrown in.
gee living in tallest apartments in world and some get to live in podium.eeiii.
oh well least you can say you live IN Eureka.
so 80 levels it is dan.

#that diagram of Q1 is a shocker. totally wrong.theres hardly any fin structure?
the roof os 240m not 250m.the glass goes up to 265m.then fin at 275m.

another from Velco
