Beautiful building. Very tall, futuristic and graceful. Love how the sunlight refracts when it hits the building. Fantastic addition to the Melbourne skyline.
10/10 for me. |

Okay, all you Eureka lovers have got to admit, that podium is HIDEOUS... most apartment towers/ condo towers (which cost nothing close to what a supposedly world class tower does) have better bases than that.
Yikes. |

Oh I saw most of it, and it's more than completed enough for me to see its design.
I guess it's all personal opinion, but it looks cheap and not at all timeless. |

Umm O.K. i don't know what to think on this one. I like the geometry of the building and the height is awesome, but they lose me on the ugly eighties post-modern yellow and red design on the top, and the even uglier nineties looking bullshit on the base. What is there some of those hideous torchiere lamps in the lobby, you know the one i'm talking about the black laquer one with the green glass disc at the top that people love for some reason. 7.5/10

This building gets a ten because of its unique geometry and shape. The cladding may not be everyones taste but it does suit Melbourne very well. Better than Q1.
