i voted it an 8. i dont think apartment buildings should be the tallest in the city but i didn't dock points for that. what i did dock points for were the 4 toned or whatever color. i think that looks horrible and tacky. and also one of the angles posted i thought made the base look to fat for the skinnier top. it didnt look bad from other angles though and up close i like the angles i just hate the color.

10/10 One of my favorite modern towers in the World, this is a magnificent skyscraper! I love the colors of it, the golden top is just lovely. Already a pure classic
