44 floors and 8 undergrounds. Not 52 in total, because we do not normally count the ones underground.
A gorgeous piece, btw

44 floors residential? It could be under 150m. Residential floors tend to be lower than office floors. It could possibly go to 170m, if the developers designed it with larger than normal floors. The design is good too, looks bit like an egg-shaped building that never got built in London. It was nice, too.

Woah! It's so weird...!

I kinda like it though, it'll occupy a good space in Levent so I'd wish it to be taller - but the design is just so unique for the city I'm sure it'll be great.

actually a residental floor is 3,5 m in Turkey. 3,5 x 44 = 154 . So it will be minumum 154 m. But the complex will have restaurants, apart residence and residental flats, confereance hall, cinema halls, fitness center and shopping stores. I say minumum 160 m..

But honestly it is not so important.Because the design is beyond the height with this project...
