This is a difficult question to answer, since almost no one can predict what will happen in the end. I personally guess the matter will depend whether the government of an hypothetic independent Catalonia decides to have looser taxes for bussiness, like Andorra or Switzerland; how the Barcelona's reputation is mantained (fairs, CBD, tourism, infrastructures) and what kind of relations are established between Catalonia, Spain and Europe. But of course, those are political issues that will hopefully be solved through political dialogue.

In addition, measures are added to guarantee the social responsibility of the contract, such as the conditions of the workers of the contractors.

These criteria will also be followed in the bidding for the urbanization of the central park of Les Gl˛ries (the Clariana area of ​​the Urban Canopy), where 14.8 million euros will be invested. This space will occupy 45.860 square meters and will include green areas and promenade, the Rambla dels Encants, a children's play area, a playground for young people and a dog area, among others.

"We are fulfilling the commitment to make Gl˛ries square a reality as soon as possible, but above all we are doing well: guaranteeing public control and reducing risks," said Deputy Mayor of Urban Ecology, Urbanism and Mobility, Janet Sanz.

Work will begin in the first quarter of 2018. The goal is for the central park to be ready in 2019 and tunnels to be done in 2021.
