Sydney looks dazzling.

I dont think any city in North America or South America is a contender for world's most beautiful city. It can only be in Europe..Santorini, Seville, Rome, Florence, Paris, Edinburgh, Lisbon, Porto, Prague....get my drift?
Modern cities lack the beauty of medieval ones IMO.

Paris - has the best architecture
Sydney - great natural setting, great buildings
Cape Town - poor architecture but great setting
