Update: Wednesday, July 26, 2006

My first viewings of Comcast the moment I arrived in Philly:

As I made my way to JFK:

I had some time to spare as I walked around:

Next stop, Philadelphia's observation deck atop of City Hall Tower:

The statue of William Penn agrees, Comcast is fantastic!

Just see for yourself:

How about a close-up:

And finally, back to the street for one last shot:

****-a-duck (an Aussie expression meaning "wow").

This is rising so fast...the core, the steel floorplates. It will reach its 975ft/297m height certainly by 2007.

Cant wait till they start to clad it, hopefully in the beautiful silvery-grey as in the renders below. Such a great modern shape too!

This building and the Eureka tower are the main buildings I check for. This is one of the best buildings going up right now IMO. Philly always builds right. Keep the pics coming please.

The rendering is beautiful but a crown taking it over a thousand feet would have been easy to do seeing it's so close

Philly has so much potential, there were other construction sites I found along the way when I came for a visit.
