The piling contractor A.P.C.C. screwed up big time and poked a big hole in their pockets ... well being a Abu Dhabi company the owner should have very deep pockets so the losses here might be just some loose changes for him.

^yes it almost certainly will.

Fortunatly it will have little or no effect whatsoever on the solid concrete piles. And even more fortunatly skyscrapers are built on concrete piles rather than soil... few crisis averted.
