The site is already under the water level so the water flooded inside doesn't change much to the soil composition or rigity. The perimeter wall of the site is to be waterprooffed and so is the raft foundation (yet to be constructed on top of the piles).

Actually what I see clearly, is the effort and work to fortify the perimeter walls, so they'll not give in when the pressure applied from inside will go with the pumping of the water. I see thay have done that so far only on one side, so we can presume they'll do the same on the other side as well.

I'm talking about what it is shown in here:

What they'll probably have to do is install a row of raker beams for every 4 or 5 meters of depth. If they only put them at the top, it won't hold. So most likely, they'll secure the top, drain about 4-5 meters of depth, and install more beams until they get to the bottom. I'm no engineer, but that makes more sense to me given the likely physics of the situation.

I hope the pump the water soon, 'cause is taking a precious time for the construction.
I hope these kind of accidents won't happen again for the safety of the workers. "When?" is our big question now. The only thing we can do is wait.

That what I tried to say a while ago. Some people on here made huge deal out of it that water is not declining. Whatever...

If they rush the job, the wall isn't as strong as it needs to be, they build this 330m `twisting` tower, then the chances of it being a heap of `twisted` steal and crushed concrete is high

safety first. you have 300 other towers to look at in the mean time

one of which is the worlds tallest to be

be happy
