Well i guess with these temperatures that might be one of the luckier jobs to do there :P

What i dont understand is why are they barefooted at a construction site??? Not very safe imo...

I noticed that one of the workers were barefoot. I thought everyone should wear construction boots for safety.

They were wearing safety boots at the beginning, but then they stuck it in the hole hoping it will stop the leak.

I think that they should just fill in the hole, and rip out the cioncrete and put it back in, so that they dont have to deal with filling in the broken holes, may not be cheap but will be easier to solve the problems.
