I think the costs of the damage itself isn't too high compared too the overall costs. The biggest problem is the delay i think. Time is money, especially in Dubai.

It is no longer an issue when the building is in place.

In any case i dont want to see this building happen anyway, i think that it architechturally doesnt fit there. A twisting tower should be in an open area or amongst much lower buildings to look good, per my opinion. Like Turning Torso.
