I dont see even a drop of water but here in the photo you can see that the 2 pumps are still working.

They will be pumping the water out until foundations are done. And maybe underground floors too...

Guys, the site is beneath the water level and you like it or not there will be water on it. What they do, is they dig a well on the ground and pump as much water from there as possible, which lower the water table of the area beneath the bottom of the site so they can work in a dry bed.

So once again, that water that it is being pumped out, it is not necessarily seeping in from Marina, it is ground water. They do that in any construction site.
