Anyway, as for HK, it's pretty safe though the worst we can get are typhoons. Floods and landslides are also a problem though it's small

I'd say Madrid or Sevilla in Spain. No sand storm, tsunamis, earthslides, avalanches, earthquakes, blizzard, tornados, hurricanes or floodings...

Can't remember a natural disaster in either city

'Tornadoes
With the amount of media coverage dedicated to American storm-chasers, you'd think the US had the monopoly on these twisters. It doesn't. It might come as a shock, but the United Kingdom is actually the world's most tornado-prone nation.'

Indeed, They reach 40+ quite a few times in summer. Holds the highest temperature ever recorded in Europe, 50ºC. I read somewhere that, Morón (a village close Sevilla city) holds the highest temperature in Europe in the last century, 48ºC but couldn't find any source (and it's too late to google)

The BBC says the highest in Sevilla was 49ºC:

^ The UK gets the most tornadoes per land area (I've also heard the Netherlands, but I'm no expert). The United States gets by far the largest raw number of tornadoes - and because of its geography the most devestating.

Droughts are the only possible thing.

Canberra is immune from all those except bushfires(2002)

It's hard to find places in Australia which would be immune from drought, because they're all in the tropics and therefore prone to cyclones.
Dust storms!
Yes London and the British Isles are all relatively safe. LUCKY! China, India, U.S., etc are repetitiously hit by hurricanes, typhoons, monsoons, flooding, tornados, droughts, etc.
Most unsafe country--U.S.A. and Iran/Indonesia
U.S.A.--Has it all. Ice Storms to volcanoes, to droughts.

Nah the most unsafe country actually is Bangladesh. Its around the size of NY state and it gets floods, droughts, monsoons, cyclones, tornadoes, tsunamis, and earthquakes. On top of that its poor too.

And Japan is another country with a lot of disasters. Typhoons, earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis, floods, and enough other shit.

USA does get a lot of disasters but considering its size its not surprising that it gets such a wide range of disasters. The thing is not all of them happen in the same place and different parts of the US experience different disasters unlike the countries above.

and since this is a thread devoted to cities, it doesn't seem to make sense to compare the land area of britain to the land area of the US, when almost all of the US tornados happen probably in less than a third of the country. For example, I'm pretty sure that Alaska - which is 7 times bigger than the UK - sees many tornadoes. But that doesn't make Kansas City any safer.

I think cyclones are frequent in Malaysia and surrounding countries. No earthquakes or bushfire? Western Malaysia is just 200-300 km off volcanoes in Indonesia.
