Hi,

I've got a question connected with progress of below:

100 m - TownTown I - Baubeginn je nach Auslastung -Link
80 m - TownTown II - Baubeginn je nach Auslastung -Link

110 m - Monte Laa I - Baubeginn je nach Auslastung - Link
110 m - Monte Laa II - Baubeginn je nach Auslastung - Link

130 m - Eurogate I
100 m - Eurogate II

When the above mentioned projects are going to be constructed? Or they are at present u/c?

Thanks for answer...

- Town Town 1 and/or 2(?) Autumn 2007 or Spring 2008 according to the developer,

- Monte Laa ? uncertain, I would guess if ever, then later than 2010

- Eurogate towers - my guess is that if there ever will be high rises, then in a different form than panned and later than 2010.

There are too many competing projects right now for the latter buildings to be built. E.g., ViertelZwei ( high rise and non high rise) under construction, DC Tower 1 (high rise ) or Wien Mitte under way, Euro Plaza and a lot of other non-high rise projects as well.

It would be fine if anybody added new projects of bigger housing-estates/residentals in Vienna...

What a pity that some of skyscrapers would be constructed (if ever) after 2010. I visit Vienna reguraly twice a year..it is a big buillding place, but not so many skyscrapers. Vienna due to its position between western and estern Europe and high quolity of life diserves more high office and residental buildings.

This list has not been updated. The towers you listed in the "genehmigt" and "angekundigt" sections I haven't seen any signs of progress of. I don't think any of those towers may be built soon.

I don't know what's wrong with the list. The construction of the towers under the section "genehmigt" will start in 2008 or when enough prospective tenants are found.
The towers under "angekündigt" are announced and a year for the beginning of the construction will be intimated when the towers are approved.
