Thanks to Dubai Boy (for first telling us about this one including the render), AUHKnight and Fluppet for info on this one... any construction images would be greatly appreciated... a shot of the board out in the front would be great!

Great news. The first supertall in Abu Dhabi and the design looks great.

BTW AltinD: If it is possible could you check out the Stellar Tower site too?

raptor is actually correct.. this is the first supertall in abu dhabi... even though abu dhabi is filled wit high rises, the tallest one currently is adia tower which is not even 200m.

Bauer have been in the ground for a good few months now and there appears to be a 'big ole' there now. I imagine the basement will be four or five storeys deep!!!

Landmark Details

Hi,
I given these details earlier in other thread. Again I am giving this for ur reference.I don't know from where, krazy got the details.but as far as my knowlwdge up to now the details are as below. (I am not sure, may be they will change it again)

I want to give you some clarifications about Land mark building. Now at the proposal stage the total height of Landmark is just below 330 M with 72 floors.
And it having five basement floors
.

The piling works are going on....

I count at least 85 floors from the above render.

The project board:

The Site:

They are almost 10 meters deep and the hole is HUGE

PS. Sorry I didn't took a picture of ADIA HQ. I was so close that it didn't fit in the frame entirely.
