location should be good. i also think it has more than 72F but maybe those are the Res ones? also, the top could be open space..

i dont understand what flo thinks is bad about the design... cesar pelli is also the architect for HK's IFC... no wonder this tower has such a Shanghai/HK feel to it...

HI,

The tower will have 72 floors including mechanical floors. It is having a health club level, two restaurant levels and a sky garden. And at the top, it will have a glass show wall of height varying from 30 meters to 45 meters.

that is why 72F is probably correct.

but it sounds awesome, a sky garden is cool.

samir i just think it is doesn't fit into AD's skyline...
it is not that bad... just a bit boring.
i am not a fan of 2IFC either.

it looks better in the 2nd, smaller render, and will, of course, turn out even better in the end.
