The height of the tower is 330 metres. The tower will also include offices, shops, restaurants, a sky garden, penthouses. The total built up area is 205,000 square metres.

Schedule: A joint venture of CCC (Consolidated Contractors Co.) and Al Habtoor Engineering Enterprises Co. L.L.C. had been awarded the main construction contract in February 2007. Construction started in March 2007 and expected to be completed by July 2010. Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects is the architect and EC Harris International Limited is the project manager.
Remark:The tower is the tallest building in Abu Dhabi Island.

sorry i cant answer your question adam, im never there so i dont know really about progress but what i do know is that the ADIA headquarters is gonna reflect awesomely on the Landmark.

ADIA tower looks amazing from this angle, i really like it. but when seeing it from the side, especially "The Landmark" side, its looks ugly because of the empty facade on top of the tower, looks uncomplete, especially at night.

But i think those two tower will completment each other nicely

its hard to tell from that image, but did they speed up construction again? thanks for the update adam

Any idea which is the building next to(left of) Baynounah Towers?? I havent seen any thread on that particular project?!!!

I think he means the one right next to Bainounah tower, it's not part of the Central Market project.

Close to topping out. The floor heights seem to be getting quite tall.
