I hope the Baggies come up in the play offs, and if not them, then Wolves.
I shouldn't say this as a Villa fan, but I've always had a soft spot for Albion. I think this comes from growing up on the south side of the city and not encountering many Ollbeeyun fans, whereas on the north side you run into them more often, hence more friction. A lot of Villa fans loathe Albion more than Blues, even these days, but for me it has always been about Blues. |

Don't you just love the Baggie's dresscode with his blue shirt underneath the team strip.

as a cov fan i naturally dispise any team within a 25 mile radius of Coventry LOL
But, i wish both clubs all the best for the playoffs, the premiership needs more midlands clubs fighting for glory i think the skummy Villa are getting lonely...

Wonderful game and fantastic atmosphere. Sim did you see how close Bothroyd came to scoring before he was subbed? Everybody thought he shot wide but the replay showed that it was a fine finger tip save.
Definately should have won but they had Premiership strikers who know how to finish. |

Yep. They showed it again on the big screen's. Both our goals came from his free-kicks. His got a superb shot on him just a shame the Albion players were only 8 yards away when the whistle go's and 2 yards away when we actually touch the ball.
I would'nt worry Braidy. The amount of chances we've been creating I can see us going to the Hawthorns and scoring another 2 or 3. Which means they will have to do the same. I actually fancy our strikers more then there's due to the simple fact that we ahve 2 that give a toss when Albion just have the 1. Play Little instead of Breen and Kamara will be pocketed throughout the return leg. Kightly, Keogh and Bothroyd will bag a goal a piece on Wednesday, and you can all quote me on that

Your confidence has made me feel a bit better but, sadly, I think Albion will win it.
Been a great season, though, and I wouldn't swap their team for ours. |

No real problems at the game apparently.Just as well Stourbridgebaggie was supping in 'The Station'.That could have been four arrested instead of three.
Police praise play-off fansMay 14 2007 :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Police have praised football fans after making only three arrests at the Wolves v West Brom play-off match at Molineux. Officers said two arrests were made for pitch encroachment and one was for the breach of a banning order. They added support from the club and nearby licensed premises contributed to the "fantastic" behaviour of supporters from both Black Country clubs. |

Yesterday was relatively trouble free apart from a few mindless yobs baiting the police round the Steve Bull end.
Think it would've been wholly different had it not been pissing down with rain and the pubs actually opened at normal time. Dissappointed due to a few we cant have a drink before or after a game like this. Surely does little for the landowners aswell. Think the story will be different come Wednesday night though.
