Infact construction approval came few days back. They started giving sales agreement. Did you got that? Site status do not exactly. But as get the approval soon can see progress

Did anyone notice... Domina construction stucture is Seismic zone II in the agreement, however, as per website its zone III.

I am living in US, want to invest in hyd. I read all 87 pages of discussions. Though some -ve's, still I am a fan of Lanco Hills. Could you explain briefly
current price/sft, other additional costs parking/per floor/direction/maintenance and reg. fee.
My uderstandin all LH series construction is over, some openings in LH6/LH7.

Hey Hello, I am not aware of the prevailing prices at Lanco Hills, I guess there are a couple of Customers out here on SSC maybe they could help you out better or check out this forum, has a lot more active users discussing about real estate than SSC, Link:

Guys just fyi, I sold my flat @ 3800 Rs 17LH 4BHK ( 3141)

There may be one more vacant in same floor ( not sure if it 2nd or 4th floor). I will confirm to you soon.

In 3800 i think you not included the amenities price. Am I right

Guys ,

Lanco is selling LH towers at 4437rs per sft which includes the amenities as per their website. Domina 3600 with out amenities. Can check online chat at www.lancohills.com.

But good to see many people showing interest to buy and sell.

Yes 3800 is excluding amenities. They paid parking, clubhouse and other amenities sepratley. Also got additional funds for my interiors

Hi mahmud25,

As per my knowledge, there is nothing left in ready to move in (Lake facing). My sources said only few are left for resale in Tower 17 i,e only because some of them have invested for short term gain and some of them are moving our of Hyderabad.

I have a friend who is willing to sell his 2nd floor but his final price is 1.8Cr, this is ready to move in and with complete world class interior including furnitures and all amenities.

I will give your contact details to him and he will call you accordingly.

Congratulations Shrinivasn - you sold at a good entry point for 17LH. This is one of the premium towers and the buyer will also be smiling in couple of years. I am surprised that there are not many apartments available if someone wants to buy - this reinforces my view that it is good for medium and long term holding. Once the word spreads - especially after Mall construction in the next year - the price should stabilize around 4000-4500 base price by next Diwali.

Did anybody completed agreement of sale for lanco domina?...As per sales team..the last date was 17th december....Will it be ok if we enter into Agreement of sale by next month..or will they cancel the flat allotment as last date of AOS is 17th dec...need ur views...please..
