The only thing I could find in google was a link to their home page - ADC Architects.
Lovely rendering especially with their use of "creative license" - Auckland Sky Tower is 328m high versis this 150m apartment.

Yes, particularly a shot from the same angle, upon completion, as the picture above.

I like it!
Is this in the resource consent stage at the moment?
Would 150m make this a similar height to the ANZ Centre, or more like the ASB building? |

I just thought of another one that might reach the 150m mark - The Chancery - the developer told me that it will be the same height as Metropolis ... why must we wait so long for approval ?? damn !!

My understanding from someone who works in the Architects Business in Auckland is that Project Elliot Apartments has come a step closer over the last Three Weeks, Can anyone put more Info into this?

Thanks for the welcome Marky Mark, If this is the tower then great as it looks good. Looking at the picture next to the Sky Tower does it mean it will be around 180m high?

It's a bit deceiveing in the render next to the skytower because of perspective. I count roughly 43 floors off those renders. If it's residential/hotel it'll be more like 150m.

yeah usually if its residential/hotel then the average floor height would be about 3m high
