Bay-Adelaide is coming up well. It's a great addition to the cluster, and it keeps our office area as boxy as possible!

Me too. This is prime retail estate as far as office towers go (although I doubt we need much more office space than what is already proposed). I'd rather have a much taller better designed tower, than two smaller ones.

Remember all the office space we're loosing with the 1 Bloor West conversion.
It might be a struggle but I can fathom Brookfield making up for they're next two phases and the lost Bloor space with a 400m mixed use tower (mostly office)

Sad that it looks so stubby. But nice glass. Some sharp projections would have been great. It would look like the New York Times tower.
